When Cliff White was a youngster, he was always fascinated by tattoo art, and unlike today you didn't see much of it, it was very frowned upon, and only the tough guys had tattoos. Cliff always looked at tattoos as a rite of passage, there was something mystical and romantic about them, and the Veterans from World War 2 and Korea were sporting them, from far off lands that one could only dream of. After a short time on the road working for a couple of tattoo shops, Cliff settled down in Long Island and opened his own shop, Cliff's Tattoo in 1989. Ever since then Cliff has done fantastic work throughout the years, and he has designed his own tattoo machine called the 'Old Timer'. Throughout his career and his worldwide journeys, Cliff has gathered a collection of tattoo artifacts and memorabilia, which is now proudly displayed and can be seen at Cliff's Tattoo.

Cliff's son, Rob White has been tattooing since the age of 13 and now has taken over the reign of the business. This allows Cliff to delve into his new love of painting in a tattoo style, anything from tattoo flash boards and furniture. The artists working at Cliff's Tattoo are very competitive and they do everything from classic designs to anything custom that can be applied. They are Board of Health Certified, and also trained in blood borne pathogens.

If you're looking for a tattoo from mild to wild, stop by and see the accomplished artists from Cliff's Tattoo, where you can get a tattoo that takes on a personality of its own in a clean historic establishment.
